Call Center Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our center. This role will involve hiring and managing staff, as well as contributing to the development of call center objectives and standardized processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Call Center Manager in hiring, training, and managing staff, including scheduling and payroll
- Analyze call center performance data and prepare reports
- Develop technical processes and provide administrative support
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Four years call center managerial experience
- Familiarity with call center technology (preferred)
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
