We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the medical staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and partners in the medical staffing industry
  • Develop strategies to win new business and expand our customer base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to inform your sales approach
  • Collaborate with our account management team to seal deals and transfer them to the next stage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Business-to-business sales experience, with a strong understanding of general business intelligence
  • Knowledge of medical staffing terminology and concepts
  • Strong skillset in Microsoft platforms
