Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with EDI experience to join our team at Westaff. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the office team with printing and running labels to the warehouse, as well as performing general office administrative duties.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and customer service software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
