About the Job Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team at COLE-PARMER INSTRUMENT COMPANY. This role involves various tasks related to the production of our products, such as disassembly, assembly, screening, packaging, and packing following established methods to ensure efficiency and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Read routing and carry out assigned tasks.
  • Label products appropriately.
  • Understand serialized processes and match calibration certificates.
  • Pack finished goods accurately.
  • Report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Meet daily metrics as instructed.
  • Help train and mentor new employees.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 0-1 years of relevant production experience.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
  • Good math skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Perform physical tasks as required.
  • Ability to lift/move average weight.
