Job Title: Director of Influencer Marketing Strategy

Rakuten International is seeking a highly skilled Director of Influencer Marketing Strategy to join our growing Casting Strategy team at Collective Voice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven casting strategies that meet campaign and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team of Managers on Casting Strategy to ensure the delivery of best-in-class casting strategies for our clients.
  • Present casting strategies and casting sheets to high-touch clients.
  • Participate in high-level brainstorms, planning, and partnership meetings with key accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support Business Development and Campaign Operations.
  • Spearhead process evolutions to improve productivity, strategic thinking, and elevate our output.
  • Confidently communicate Casting strategy POV, both internally and to clients, backing up perspective with data and rationale, and managing expectations or reframing KPIs where necessary.
  • Elevate and educate the internal team(s) in strategic thinking.
  • Represent Casting Strategy internally on various cross-functional taskforces/pods to ensure our POV and needs are being communicated.
  • Review direct report's work, providing feedback in a timely manner, ensuring that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
Requirements:
  • Client-facing experience in a client services capacity.
  • People management experience.
  • Proven expertise in the digital media landscape, including influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Deep understanding of social media and attribution metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Tableau, CreatorIQ, and Canva.
  • Passion for the creator marketing and client services space.
  • Ability to think both analytically, strategically, and creatively.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • An ability and interest to collect, analyze, and present data.
  • Located in New York or San Francisco (3 days in the office).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience using data to drive performance and optimization within the influencer marketing industry (Agency experience a plus).

Please note that the salary range for this role is $91,044.00 - $157,248.00 annually, and the successful applicant will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
