Job Title: Director, Brand Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brand Marketing to join our team at Caraway Home. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy across key channels and touchpoints. This role will drive brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth while ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including campaign roadmaps, content calendars, PR plans, and social media initiatives.
  • Lead brand and evergreen marketing campaigns across channels, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and cohesive storytelling.
  • Partner with Creative, Product, and Growth teams to develop innovative content and creative assets that highlight Caraway's products and values.
  • Manage PR strategy in collaboration with our agency partner(s) to deliver compelling narratives that drive media coverage and brand buzz.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to engage with and celebrate Caraway customers through loyalty initiatives, social media, and gifting that elevate the brand experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and Retail teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Define KPIs and leverage performance data to inform brand strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct brand marketing, content strategy, or related marketing experience.
  • Experience within the consumer goods industry or a consumer-facing brand strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and creativity with messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in home, lifestyle, and non-toxic products.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing PR strategies, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
