Director of Integrated Marketing Strategy

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Integrated Marketing Strategy to lead our demand-generation initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand-generation strategy
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support sales goals
- Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead campaigns across email, content, social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and paid advertising
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives for seamless lead transitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize integrated campaigns
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Marketing Leader or Director with a focus on demand generation
- Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns for targeted audiences
- 3+ years managing a team of 5+ direct reports
- Strong knowledge of account-based marketing, digital marketing, and emerging trends
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS platforms to enterprise-level buyers
