About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a High-Level Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team and play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments for senior staff members.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Logistics and Events: Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special programs, including venue selection, catering, and technology needs.
  • Financial Management: Assist in monitoring the budget, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a college or university setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and physical ability to sit for extended periods.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
