Ritter Communications, a leading telecommunications provider serving the Mid-South, seeks a skilled Construction Administrative Coordinator to join their team. Based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the company offers world-class broadband fiber, telecom, video, cloud, and data center services to over 57,000 customers across Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, and Tennessee.

This role is responsible for coordinating construction and maintenance documentation, dispatching contractors, and addressing customer concerns related to network deployment and construction activities. As a key member of the construction team, you will work closely with the Construction Communication and IA Manager, as well as the Director of Construction, to generate and maintain performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve residential complaints. Proficiency in reporting, visual and verbal presentations, and operating office equipment such as personal computers, software programs, and telephone systems is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch contractors to resolve customer install turn backs and locate turn backs
  • Contact existing and potential customers concerning any problems or concerns they might have as a result of the construction process
  • Document concerns, research practices, and resolutions to improve construction processes
  • Work closely with the Construction Communication and IA Manager, as well as the Director of Construction, to generate and maintain performance reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven success collaborating and building strong relationships with customers; demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and drive to desired outcome required
  • Experience with SmartSheets, Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred
