Job Description

We are looking for an Area General Manager to join our Field Operations team in the Richmond Market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving success in our market by overseeing short-term reservations, managing relationships with booking platforms and property partners, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end reservation process and acting as the key point of contact for guest inquiries and support requests.
  • Forming partnerships with property housekeeping teams and evaluating property and home condition to ensure it meets Landing standards.
  • Monitoring and resolving member support tickets through various communication channels.
  • Acting as a liaison with property management teams to resolve maintenance requests and address member concerns.
What You Need

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop personal credibility at all levels of the organization.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
