Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing on digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of online tactics (paid and organic), consumer behavior, and emerging trends in the marketing landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, leveraging market insights, data analytics, and industry best practices.
- Lead and Mentor Team Members: Lead and mentor a team of online marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while providing guidance on campaign ideation, execution, and optimization.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing capabilities and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and sales to align strategies with brand priorities.
- Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience with proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic campaigns.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with track record of management success.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Expertise in digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email, and analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, professional development opportunities, generous time off, and a vibrant company culture.
