About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our International Marketing Office. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our international trade offices and perform various tasks such as tracking marketing activities, contracts, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the international marketing team, including tracking marketing activities, contracts, and expenses.
  2. Serve as the point of contact for office staff and international trade offices.
  3. Review and edit documents, including marketing materials and presentations.
  4. Coordinate travel plans and procure office supplies.
  5. Maintain filing systems and perform entry-level marketing duties.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of office administrative practices and financial procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
  • HS Diploma/GED required.

Additional Considerations

Experience in a similar environment with handling multiple priorities, making travel plans, and procuring office supplies is preferred. Ability to work independently and provide customer service to a variety of stakeholders is essential.
