Business Development Manager

Cornerstone Search Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering and sciences services sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project management services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in services business development, preferably in the engineering and sciences services sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of project management services and the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
