Job Summary

The Executive Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the President and ensuring the smooth operation of the President's Office. This position requires exceptional administrative, logistical, and project management skills, coupled with a strong commitment to ABWE's mission.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management & Scheduling: Manage the President's calendar, including Board meetings, ABWE events, administrative meetings, personal appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.
  • Board of Directors Support: Coordinate planning and preparation for all Board of Directors meetings, ensuring seamless execution and efficient communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and execute domestic and international travel itineraries for the President, prioritizing logistics and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Assist with various projects as assigned by the President, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the President, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the President's Office, including document preparation, filing, and research.
