Sales Director

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at the 117-room Tru by Hilton Columbia Greystone. This role will be responsible for driving business development and account management for all customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new sources of business, utilizing various methods to prospect, managing the full sales cycle, and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute individual sales action plans to exceed market share goals
Utilize business intelligence resources to identify target accounts and sources of demand
Prospect for new business opportunities through direct outreach and various direct, virtual, and social selling methods
Cultivate leads and maintain strong relationships with lead sources, clients, competitor hotels, and the local community
Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage activities, leads, and accounts
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or sales-related role, with hotel experience preferred
Familiarity with the local economy, market conditions, and key demand generators
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and accountable
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations
Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize software platforms, including Delphi/Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Teams
