Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at SERVPRO Team Skov. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 per year, with uncapped commission and significant performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a tenacious personality with strong problem-solving abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Outside sales, focusing on new business development and cultivating relationships with key contacts.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with facilities managers, property managers, C-level executives, and other commercial facility professionals.
  • Completing Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educating clients on the benefits of emergency preparation.
  • Participating in and promoting marketing, networking, and continuing education events.
  • Responding quickly to fire and water emergencies to secure jobs.

Work Schedule and Travel

This position requires a full-time commitment, with regular local travel to cover Syracuse territory and occasional overnight travel for storm and large loss events.
