Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to lead business growth and deliver impactful sales in the industrial sector. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in advanced manufacturing technology—PLCs, HMI, robotics, and more—while building strong client relationships and driving exciting projects forward.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $80-95K per year, including a competitive compensation package with a base salary, full benefits, paid vacation time, company vehicle or travel allowance, and an additional quarterly bonus based on profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis technical sales professional will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial sector.
- Identifying client needs and communicating opportunities to the engineering team.
- Representing our solutions at client sites and trade shows to drive new business.
- Delivering technical insights and building rapport with both clients and internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred) or a business degree with relevant sales experience.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience, ideally within engineering or technical services.
- Knowledge of industrial systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
