Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Talkish Co. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings and events.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for staff and executives.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the team.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring timely ordering of necessary items.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
  • Support financial tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and report preparation.
  • Provide assistance for special projects and tasks as needed by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
