Job Overview

This full-time position will involve coordinating and assisting the provider to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care for patients. The successful candidate will be part of a remarkable team that prioritizes patient satisfaction and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical history information.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, process medical billing, and communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Clinical Support: Assist with medical procedures, administer medications, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Experience: Previous work experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
  • Certification/Licensure: Current certification as a CMA, RMA, or CCMA required; ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
