This position involves executing and supporting a diverse range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee benefits, talent development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefit programs, including training staff, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries related to benefits.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for open positions, utilizing effective sourcing tools and methods. Oversee onboarding processes for new hires across all levels.
  • Provide guidance to management and employees on HR programs, policies, and employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues, analyze organizational health, and collaborate with leadership to devise solutions.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives, assisting in the creation of learning programs and maintaining training documentation.
  • Support the performance management system by coordinating the review process and related procedures.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
  • Oversee health, wellness, and safety initiatives within the organization.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and compliance standards.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions.
  • Participate in various projects, clarifying objectives, setting timelines, and evaluating outcomes.
Knowledge & Background Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with a range of HR practices, including training, compensation, and performance management.
  • Understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and facilitate training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.
