  • Network Support: Assist with network-related issues, including connectivity problems, password resets, and network configuration.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, ensuring timely and effective communication with employees and management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal departments to resolve technical issues, provide technical guidance, and communicate technical information to non-technical employees.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Windows/MacOS environment, providing technical support and maintenance to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and operating systems, including Windows and MacOS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
