We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Residence Inn Greenville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and make necessary changes to guest accounts.
  • Enter and update reservation information in our system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and organized.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
