As a Room Cleaning Specialist, your role is vital in ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Room Cleaning Specialist, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations while responding to requests to provide exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors.
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Conducting deep cleaning tasks when necessary to uphold our high standards.
  • Managing and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily to ensure all necessary items are available.
  • Disposing of waste and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Addressing special guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Providing turn-down service for guests as needed.
