Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all guest areas, including hotel rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and elevators.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the hotel and casino, including the upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting.
