Position Overview:

As a prominent venue, we host a variety of events and welcome numerous attendees throughout the year.

We are currently seeking Guest Experience Ambassadors to provide outstanding service on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all visitors to the facility.
  • Address inquiries from guests or clients with professionalism.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Direct calls and assist guests in navigating to their event locations.
  • Offer information regarding local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
  • Manage the Business Centre and Lost and Found services.
  • Conduct site tours and provide accurate information to visitors.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events to ensure accurate communication.
  • Act as an Event Host for various occasions held at the venue.
  • Monitor the premises for any unusual activity and collaborate with security to maintain safety.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and well-organized.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management preferred, along with 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an asset.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
