Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designated business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and implement effective HR practices within the teams.
  • Provide HR counsel to line management, focusing on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Evaluate team and employee development requirements, propose solutions, and execute appropriate strategies.
  • Address employee disciplinary matters and advise business leaders on effective management approaches.
  • Influence and guide organizational change initiatives, identifying challenges and formulating strategies to address them.
  • Work in conjunction with HR colleagues in Talent Operations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives such as annual performance evaluations and merit cycles, driving change management across teams.
  • Promote employee engagement throughout the organization and act as an ambassador for Treasure Data's culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience in technology firms (small to mid-sized).
  • Experience in scaling programs and processes during rapid growth phases.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and change management, with the capability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a proven track record of building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Genuine interest in assisting others and a curiosity about organizational dynamics.
  • Familiarity with employment laws in NAM and EMEA.
  • Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels with sound business judgment.
  • Experience working with a global remote workforce in a flexible startup environment.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR experience.
