Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designated business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and implement effective HR practices within the teams.
- Provide HR counsel to line management, focusing on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Evaluate team and employee development requirements, propose solutions, and execute appropriate strategies.
- Address employee disciplinary matters and advise business leaders on effective management approaches.
- Influence and guide organizational change initiatives, identifying challenges and formulating strategies to address them.
- Work in conjunction with HR colleagues in Talent Operations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee strategic initiatives such as annual performance evaluations and merit cycles, driving change management across teams.
- Promote employee engagement throughout the organization and act as an ambassador for Treasure Data's culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience in technology firms (small to mid-sized).
- Experience in scaling programs and processes during rapid growth phases.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and change management, with the capability to drive initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a proven track record of building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Genuine interest in assisting others and a curiosity about organizational dynamics.
- Familiarity with employment laws in NAM and EMEA.
- Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels with sound business judgment.
- Experience working with a global remote workforce in a flexible startup environment.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR experience.

This position will adhere to a hybrid working policy.
