About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager - Retail Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing programmatic display campaigns for prominent brands across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tactical media plans, including budget and key performance indicator (KPI) recommendations.
  • Synthesize large datasets and analyses into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all organizational levels, influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead regular client calls to discuss project work, business trends, and performance, as well as plan future engagements.
  • Support the management of client accounts, with a focus on independently overseeing key clients and accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to scale and automate existing service offerings.
  • Provide actionable, accurate, and timely analyses to support engagements with leading global brands.
  • Own relationships across various-sized brands, leveraging Stackline's data to deliver top-quality insights to key clients.
  • Generate reports analyzing media performance and incorporating tie-ins to market share trends and competitive analysis.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Stackline's software products as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant account management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in display programmatic media or a similar digital advertising discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience using data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, to draw insights, and Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling and actionable stories.
  • Demonstrated understanding of audience development, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong sense of curiosity about new topics and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience drawing insights from data to provide recommendations to clients on e-commerce strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem or other retail media.
  • Demonstrated ability to think big, work hard, and solve problems.
  • Experience working in a startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience working with SQL.
