Role Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Receptionist will engage in a dynamic range of Clinical Operations tasks, including:
- Managing patient appointment scheduling and admissions
- Providing exceptional reception services
Location & Schedule:
Bloomington, MN
Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
- At least one year of experience in scheduling
- The ability to pass a DHS Background Check
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact positively with the public and resolve inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data entry
- A commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion, with an emphasis on culturally responsive practices
