Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TriState Home Services, LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Work closely with the service team to coordinate scheduling and dispatch
  • Sell new service agreements and renew existing ones to grow revenue and customer loyalty
  • Monitor and maintain customer information, sales leads, and service history
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the service team and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
