About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Functional Medicine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, nutritionists, and health coaches, to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, incorporating functional and integrative medicine principles.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Dr. Potter, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in functional and integrative medicine, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
  • Represent Sanctuary Functional Medicine in the local and broader community, promoting our mission and values.
Requirements
  • MD or DO license
  • Board certification (or eligible) in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, or other primary care fields
  • 3+ years of experience providing primary care, either via telemedicine or in-person
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-tech, brand-forward work environment
