Responsibilities:
  • Obtain a comprehensive health database, including health history, physical exam, and diagnostic tests.
  • Interpret health data, identifying risk factors and diagnosing potential health problems.
  • Manage patient needs according to reasonable standards of care guidelines.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the management plan and modify as needed.
  • Use Universal Precautions when handling blood and bodily fluids.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and document all pertinent information accurately.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies program and board-certified.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical practice, urgent care, or minute clinic.
  • Electronic Medical Record experience with Next Gen.
  • Active license for the state of Ohio.
  • Independent provider with experience in chronic disease management, wellness, and women's health.
