Role Summary: The Concessions Manager will oversee a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our patrons. Key responsibilities include enhancing guest satisfaction, collaborating with the culinary team for menu optimization, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and training new team members
  • Leading and supervising the concessions department
  • Coordinating with other departments for event logistics
  • Conducting menu evaluations in partnership with the culinary team
  • Performing financial reporting and analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service standards
