Commercial Lines Producer

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Producer to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, generating new business, and providing exceptional service to our existing clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial lines market segment.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess potential risks to determine suitable coverage options for clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred not required).
- Experience: Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and coverage options.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant industry tools.
- Licensing: Possess necessary licensing or certifications as required by state regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
