YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:

  • Oversee the retrieval of outstanding accounts receivable from our client base, ensuring timely collections and minimizing overdue accounts.
  • Address customer billing inquiries swiftly to mitigate the risk of financial losses.
  • Employ advanced Excel capabilities, including macro writing, pivot table creation, and complex formula application such as VLOOKUP, to scrutinize open receivables and system discrepancies.
  • Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies to guarantee precise financial reporting.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to resolve any accounts receivable-related issues.

ARE YOU A TALENTED ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST?

  • Education: An Associate's degree is mandatory, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Marketing.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant and progressively responsible experience in accounts receivable or a comparable position.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including macro writing, pivot table analysis, and advanced formulas like VLOOKUP.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of receivables.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
