Job Summary:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Vaco, you will play a critical role in managing customer accounts for third-party invoicing, payment reconciliations, and vendor compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices to our customers via multiple methods. You will also be responsible for reviewing payment status of invoices on the customer portal, providing reports related to unapplied cash, credits, and write-off accounts, and modifying customer invoices to meet specific requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with Operations & AR Specialists to research and resolve invoice issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely and accurate submission of invoices to our Customers via multiple methods

Review payment status of invoices on Customer portal

Provide reports related to unapplied cash, credits, and write-off accounts

Modify customer invoices to meet specific requirements

Coordinate with Operations & AR Specialists to research and resolve invoice issues
