Community Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Community Office Coordinator to join our team at RHP Properties. This part-time opportunity is based in Tucson, AZ, and will perform administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager for 30 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet all customers with a polite and professional demeanor, answering community office telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain community relationships by providing requested information for telephone inquiries.
- Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, such as guest cards and lead information.
- Assist the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Maintain all community office files according to company requirements, including state and local regulations.
- Inventory, order, and verify receipt of office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous customer sales and service.
- Document telephone conversations, visits, and presentations to maintain existing customers and build a book of business for potential residents.
- Work in conjunction with the Community Manager in new and used home sales, presenting homes to potential residents as needed.
- Ensure residents' privacy and property preservation while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and commute between communities with a valid operator's license and good driving record.
