Key Responsibilities:

The energy landscape in California is evolving, with homeowners increasingly seeking backup battery solutions to enhance their energy management. Some competitors have overlooked the importance of integrating battery systems into residential solar setups, leaving homeowners exposed to higher utility costs. Voltaic Energy views this as an opportunity to elevate industry standards and assist homeowners in optimizing their energy consumption.

Your primary responsibility will be to educate homeowners on the various battery options available and the benefits of incorporating these solutions into their residences. By engaging with qualified homeowners, your role will be to raise awareness about energy management issues and present our solutions, ultimately scheduling appointments for our Expert Consultants to assist them in transitioning to clean energy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who can:

  • Initiate door-to-door introductions to start sales consultations.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up communication to maintain marketing pipelines.
  • Engage actively in team training sessions and meetings.
  • Develop a customer service and follow-up process that exceeds client expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Role Requirements:

  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Availability for full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual abilities are a plus).
  • Completion of relevant sales training programs.
  • Consistent performance in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
