Key Responsibilities:

The energy landscape is evolving, with homeowners increasingly seeking backup battery solutions to enhance their energy systems. Some competitors have overlooked the necessity of integrating battery options into residential solar setups, leaving homeowners exposed to high utility costs. At Voltaic Energy, we view this as an opportunity to raise industry standards and assist homeowners in optimizing their energy consumption.

Your primary responsibility will be to educate homeowners on the various battery solutions available and how these can be integrated into their homes. By engaging with qualified homeowners, your role will involve raising awareness of energy challenges and presenting our solutions, ultimately setting appointments for our Expert Consultants to guide them through the transition to clean energy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who can:

  • Initiate door-to-door introductions to start energy consultations.
  • Provide outstanding follow-up communication to support marketing efforts.
  • Engage actively in team training and meetings.
  • Develop a customer service and follow-up process that exceeds client expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Role Requirements:

  • Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability for full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual abilities are a plus).
  • Completion of relevant sales training programs.
  • Consistent performance in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
