Position Overview

TriPoint Lending is a cutting-edge financial services firm that operates a digital platform linking consumers with a diverse array of lending partners. We are licensed to operate across more than 30 states, focusing on assisting individuals with less-than-ideal credit histories in securing financial solutions aimed at consolidating and managing credit card debt through affordable monthly payments.

We are currently seeking motivated Sales Associates to respond to inquiries generated from our extensive direct mail marketing initiatives. These campaigns target consumers who may benefit from our debt consolidation loan offerings. Our marketing efforts yield a high volume of inbound calls from interested prospects, eliminating the need for outbound cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a pipeline of prospective clients to maximize conversion rates and sales outcomes.
  • Adhere to scripts to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Perform extensive data entry using company-specific software and systems.
  • Safeguard and manage confidential consumer information and credit reports appropriately.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and systems to engage with consumers and successfully close sales.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in phone sales and call center environments is essential.
  • Experience in mortgage, finance, collections, or debt settlement is preferred.
  • A positive, energetic attitude is crucial for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Debt Pay Pro software is advantageous.
  • While company equipment will be provided, candidates must have the capability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and direct access to a router via an ethernet cable. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted.
  • Comfort with computers, software applications, and phone systems is required.
