Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the energy industry and its trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the energy industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
