Service Desk Support Specialist

Spry Methods is seeking a skilled Service Desk Support professional to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Desk Support specialist, you will provide in-depth knowledge about financial or facilities systems and functions, serving as the primary ticket solver in Ask Finance. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting Tier 1 Technicians in solving technical and functional problems, investigating elevated issues, and working with system and business owners to escalate/discuss issues and understand new processes or functionality. Additionally, you will create and publish knowledge management articles to aid in the support process.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 5-10 years of work experience, TS/SCI Eligibility, and be comfortable obtaining a CI Polygraph.
