Job Title: IT Support Specialist

As a key member of our Government Contractor team, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and virtual support rooms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document detailed troubleshooting results in ServiceNow ticket tracking
  • Collaborate with Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues
  • Perform computer imaging, software, printer, and hardware system configuration
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service framework and best business practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Current Security+ certification or A+ and Windows certification
