As a Help Desk Technician V, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software, and maintain appropriate licenses, training, and/or certifications, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides telephone technical support to employees regarding technical aspects of assigned products.
- Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Maintains a deep understanding of how teams integrate and coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve program objectives.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Education: BA/BS.
