Job Title: Help Desk Technician V

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Help Desk Technician V and be part of a team that delivers innovative solutions to the US government and defense community.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician V to provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. As a Help Desk Technician V, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to employees regarding technical aspects of assigned products.
  • Answering questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
  • Applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
  • Maintaining appropriate licenses, training, and/or certifications, as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
