Job Title: Help Desk System Specialist

MC Dean Inc is seeking a skilled Help Desk System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily systems analysis and proactive preventative maintenance to ensure system health.
  • Obtain, analyze, and interpret trouble tickets to determine the appropriate approach and solutions to resolve the reported issue.
  • Work with and/or dispatch technicians and test systems to ensure proper trouble resolution in accordance with system standards.
  • Document test procedures and results.
  • Help define and create system level access management in accordance with customer standards.
  • Create user accounts and maintain and safeguard user permission groups.
  • Help develop and provide training for system users and customers.
Requirements:
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Required
  • Education and Relevant Experience:
    • High School Diploma or a GED and 6 + Years of Relevant Experience
    • Associates Degree and 4 + Years of Relevant Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree and 2 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Relevant Experience:
    • Help Desk Support Functions with a Combination of Phone and Desktop Support is required.
    • Must be able to obtain vendor Professional Certification.
    • Experience administering LENEL systems is desired.
    • Experience in badge office operations is desired.
Abilities:
  • Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  • Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
  • Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
  • Identify and understand the speech of another person.
