We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Red River Technology, LLC. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of service desk engineers in providing timely and effective support to clients
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service desk, including ticket assignment and resolution
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Strong service desk engineering skills and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
