Detailed Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources
    • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Financial Management:
    • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
    • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
    • Prepare financial reports for management, including profit and loss statements and budget analysis
  • Client Service:
    • Act as a liaison between clients and team members to ensure excellent customer service and project follow-up
    • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in sales initiatives by managing leads and following up with prospects
    • Track sales data and provide regular updates to the sales team
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and handling phone communications
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and announcements

Expected Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission potential.
