Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Bridgewater/Raritan area. This role plays a crucial part in increasing profitability of existing jobs and preparing leads for new jobs and renewals.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a polished professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze data through Salesforce.com to identify trends
  • Perform value analysis on current sales to optimize revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Qualify sales leads and prepare them for distribution to the Sales Manager
  • Assist in maintaining contract renewal lists and distributing reports to stakeholders
  • Analyze location-based market data to inform business decisions
  • Provide administrative support including proposal preparation, lease agreements, correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain daily office operations

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Knowledge in preparing proposals, lease agreements, and reports
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
