Job Summary:The Diagnostics Technical Specialist will provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clinics with all aspects of implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution on all veterinary diagnostics products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clinics, including troubleshooting and resolving complex system problems.
- Assist clinics with product implementation, training, and operation.
- Identify and address clinic pain points, and develop solutions to improve overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant to provide customer service and support.
- Travel to multiple locations within the US and Canada to provide onsite support.
- Associate's degree with a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes.
- Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs.
