Hugg & Hall Equipment Company seeks a highly skilled technical professional to fill the role of Technical Training Specialist. This position requires expertise in conducting training programs for equipment service technicians and mechanics.



As a key member of our Training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of our company and customers. Your technical expertise in industrial equipment will be essential in providing high-quality educational experiences for our technicians.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:




  • Develop and deliver training programs for equipment service technicians and mechanics
  • Conduct training sessions to meet the needs of our company and customers
  • Maintain knowledge of instructional materials through attendance in manufacturer's Train-The-Trainer courses


In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
